Downtown Housing Projects Updated

Work is progressing on many Downtown developments, especially new apartments, despite the coronavirus pandemic that has harmed the economy.

Five months after the governor shut down the Arnold Classic and two months after protests over the death of George Floyd roiled Downtown, new apartments and other developments continue to rise in the heart of the city.

Work is underway on at least three new apartment complexes, in addition to six that have recently opened, adding more than 1,000 apartments to the city’s here to read more.
