The city approves the first four buildings for the massive redevelopment of the Scioto Peninsula near COSI Columbus.

The city approved the first four buildings Tuesday in a massive development planned on the Scioto Peninsula.

The city’s Downtown Development Commission gave unanimous thumbs up to an office building, a hotel and two apartment buildings on a large empty lot just west of COSI here to read more.
