According to The Columbus Dispatch, real estate agents are now moving to “drive up” closings to keep the wheels turning on deals in progress. Allyson Chlysta, 30, and Brian Hackett, 29, recently participated in just such an affair at LandSel Title Agency in Gahanna, Ohio which is about eight miles northeast of Columbus. The couple stayed at their car in the title agency parking lot while the paperwork was handed in for signatures.
