Delaware County intersection sees more development

Apartments and homes underway at Northlake, at Rts. 36/37 and I-71

Northlake Summit apartment complex opened Wednesday, the first of several housing projects planned for 250 acres on the northwest corner of Rts. 36/37 and I-71.

The apartment complex, developed by Schottenstein Real Estate Group, offers 252 apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, along with two- and three-bedroom townhomes with garages. Rents range from $900 to $1,800.
